Tesla's "good will" agreement

So when Tesla repair your car, you get slapped with one of these bad boys.. A "goodwill" agreement which forbids you from telling anyone anything about what was wrong with your old wreck or participating in any form of legal action over it.. Imagine being foolish enough to sign this?!
