Rules

None of us want rules, least of all the admin team, but without them then any decisions about posts or comments are arbitrary. Even with rules, there is an element of inconsistency as they can be interpreted differently by different people, and enforced differently due to a heap of variables. But we have to start somewhere.
This set of rules is the same as in the Facebook Group and may not be entirely appropriate, so it may evolve . . .
Have Fun But No Promotions Or Spam
Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam, trolling and irrelevant links are not allowed.
Stalking Of Group Members Is Not Permitted
If you follow a group member home to their personal profile (or anywhere really) and share content to the group that they have not themselves shared then you can expect admin activity. Leave their families at their home.
Don't Join The Group To Complain About It
Have fun, and if the group isn't to your liking, maybe find one that is. We welcome your contributions and if you aren't enjoying the contributions of others scroll on by. We can help you find the door if you aren't having any fun.
Blocking An Admin May Be Injurious To Your Health
If you block a member of the admin team expect to enjoy a holiday, possibly a permanent one.
Don't put Your Group At Risk
We are pretty open minded, but Facebook isn't. Consider before you post whether Facebook will smile upon you or whether your post will cause consternation. References to certain sensitive topics is likely to attract the attention of an admin.
